This dynamic training includes one 40 min individual and one 60 min group consulting session weekly, 3 weeks a month for 3 months. Each session is 10 min prep time to focus for peak performance, and 30 or 50 minutes of training time.

You may reschedule individual sessions with credit if you observe the more than 48 hours' cancellation policy. You will receive a reminder 3 days ahead of your session to give you more than 24 hours to remember to reschedule. Extra notice is always appreciated! All sessions are to be made up in the term, which is 3 months from your start date.

The group sessions run like a college course with no make-ups. Except, for grace, you may reschedule one session if you observe the more than 48 hours' cancellation policy. If you know you will miss another session, even up to an hour beforehand, email Laurece and send her a question. She'll answer it and record your session. The replay link will be sent to you. It will be available for 4 days to download and watch.
